    Job Description

    Direct Client – Sr. Azure Cloud Developer (C#/.Net, Azure -Servicebus, Functions, Storage etc.)

    Duration: 9+ months

    Location: 100% Remote

    You will be responsible for being an active and important part of a multi-disciplinary team to design and develop custom leading-edge embedded device software products for coffee equipment like the Clover single cup brewer. A passion for quality software and an understanding of processing hardware are essential.

    3. Proficient with Git/GitHub, branching strategies, Trunk Based Development - 5+ years

    • 5+ years

    • Developing tech solutions by creating new and modifying existing complex software applications.
    • Participates in requirements gathering activities. Reviews systems under development and related documentation.
    • Codes, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software applications.

    Required background/ Skills:

    • Highly proficient with .NET/C# development, .NET Core, .NET Standard, and ASP.NET Core
    • Proficient with Azure Cloud Development with the following Azure Resources:
      o Azure Service Bus
      o Azure CosmosDB
      o Azure Storage
      o Azure Functions
      o Azure Kubernetes Service
    • Proficient with Git/GitHub, branching strategies, Trunk Based Development
    • Positive Attitude
    • Expertise with Azure DevOps, including but not limited to:
      o Pipeline development
      o Environment Management
      o Nuget Artifacts
    • Highly Proficient with Azure ARM Deployments for a variety of Azure Resources
    • Highly Proficient with Azure CLI
    • Highly Proficient with Powershell

    Daily Schedule:

    • Working independently- manage own schedule
    • Daily stand-ups
    • Participating in daily Sprints
    • Collaborates in planning, decomposing, estimating, scheduling, prioritization and resource allocation exercises. Mitigates risk with prototypes for complex problems as appropriate. Build incrementally, with an eye toward vision of the final product. Provides transparency in approach and progress, throughout the process.
    • Participates in the solution design process: requirements gathering and backlog refinement, shapes and guides systems approach, helps with project initiation, contributes to functional design, and leads technical design and development.
    • Key contributor and driver in the deployment approach, including planning and execution, data conversion approach, script development and execution, warranty period and transition of the solution to the platform's operational context.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

    • Collaborates in planning, decomposing, estimating, scheduling, prioritization and resource allocation exercises. Mitigates risk with prototypes for complex problems as appropriate. Build incrementally, with an eye toward vision of the final product. Provides transparency in approach and progress, throughout the process.
    • Participates in the solution design process: requirements gathering and backlog refinement, shapes and guides systems approach, helps with project initiation, contributes to functional design, and leads technical design and development.
    • Develops software solutions to business problems. Leverages established design patterns and coding standards. Builds solutions that are secure, durable, scalable, flexible, and accessible and proactively mitigate against production support issues.
    • Automates test coverage per platform capabilities and requirements. Establishes and maintains continuous build and integration testing on applicable platforms and assists with manual system and integration testing efforts.
    • Key contributor and driver in the deployment approach, including planning and execution, data conversion approach, script development and execution, warranty period and transition of the solution to the platform's operational context.
