    Summary

    My Flooring Texas, dba My Flooring America, is currently looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager in the Dallas area.     Duties

    Responsibilities of the Retail Selling Manager role include:
    • Overseeing the retail showroom.
    • Hands-on Managerial role that includes direct customer engagement.
    • Desire to network in the local community.
    • Enjoys working directly with customers and assisting in the sales process as needed to support their team.
    • Effective at hiring and developing new salespeople.
    Requirements

    GREAT candidates for the Retail Selling Manager position will have:
