    **Job Summary:**

    Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base; managing Business Development Officers, involved in

    training as well as helping to utilize technology developing.

    **Job Roles:**

    Manages and leads Business Development Officers.

    Covers a regional area which may consist of multiple states.

    Conducts regional sales meetings for their BDOs.

    Accountable for increasing usage of Sales Force by implementing advanced training and acting as a mentor so that

    defined Sales Force goals are met.

    Manages sales plans for the BDOs.

    Assists Division Presidents in a variety of tasks, such as market share tracking, customer survey results, recruiting,

    etc.

    Accomplishes regional sales objectives by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and

    reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

    Helps develop plans that detail how to meet sales goals or quotas.

    Prepares monthly reports that provide sales figures to corporate leaders, as well as reports that forecast expected

    future sales.

    Assists in developing corporate sales strategies, implementation plans and supports the implementation of these

    strategies while working with the National Sales Team.

    Identify issues and finds ways to overcome them, as well as implementing marketing strategies. Prepares Marketing

    budgets.

    Recruits new customers and ensures that existing customers receive excellent service.

    Makes presentations, demonstrates products and represents the company at trade shows.

    Monitors and evaluates the competition's product lines and suggests new products that will help expand business.

    Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to

    strategic plans and reviews; prepares and completes action plans; implements production, productivity, quality, and

    customer-service standards; resolves problems; completes audits; identifies trends; determines regional sales system

    improvements; implements change when needed.

    Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining

    personal networks.

    Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

    **Qualifications**

    **Role Specific Knowledge**

    AIM experience preferred

    Advanced knowledge of Sales Force; ability to implement, train and mentor usage of the system

    Stellar reporting experience

    After analyzing a potential customer's business, managers should be able to explain how their products and

    services can meet the client's needs

    Works well independently and possess a high-energy level and competitive nature

    Willingness to travel is mandatory

    Territory Management is essential

    Strong communication and presentation skills

    Able to apply Performance Management

    Knowledgeable in building key relationships

    Effective negotiation skills

    Results Driven capabilities

    Detailed Sales Planning Experience

    State specific knowledge of industry related laws and Senate bills (i.e. Extensive knowledge of SB133 in

    California)

    **Education, Licensure, and Experience:**

    Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business or in a related field is a plus

    Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales which includes experience in the title industry products, services and

    specific state laws.
