A Country Sales Director is a senior executive responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations in a specific country. Responsibilities
1. Manage and develop the European solar market, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and promote Lantana's products.
3. Understand and identify customer needs, and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
4. Prepare and follow up on contracts, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure successful execution.
5. Attend customer meetings, participate in exhibitions, and coordinate after-sales maintenance and other related issues.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in electronics, automation, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the PV inverter, solar module, solar cell, or related industries.
3. Knowledge of marketing, CRM, and sales management.
4. Excellent English skills in speaking, writing, and translation, with strong communication, organization, and coordination abilities.
5. Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes.
