**Job Description**
Based at the customer site, the Program Manager will work with business leads to define and manage business process and technology roadmaps, manage change, and implement new ideas effectively within the Customer culture.
You will influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach. The PgM provides functional subject matter expertise and anticipates customers needs. You will interface with partners inside and outside of the Customer Organization to gather and synthesize detailed, global business requirements, and assess current and future business processes (As-Is and To-Be). The program manager will need to apply analytical skills to rationalize change, lead brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, and help manage complex projects to major milestones.
As a program manager you will support the high volumes of transactions in the Atlanta warehouse operations and support and resolve any discrepancies and aging orders that are taking extensive time to research. You will also support stabilizing the operation to upgrade the warehouse management system.
Drive 3PL partners to meet all the agreed KPIs, SLAs, and to achieve operational excellence
Build business cases to support any logistics changes
Work on long-term process improvements & documentation
Support the operation to upgrade the warehouse management system and automation implementation
Be the single point of contact to manage all Atlanta Operations exceptions & Operational Reporting
Manage and monitor metrics for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support with process improvements
Effectively manage project expectations from multiple stakeholders
Be able to proactively escalate risks/delays associated to a project when required
**Qualifications**
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated project management experience
PMI, PRINCE, or Six Sigma certification is strongly preferred
2-3 Years of supply chain or logistics experience preferred
Effective communication skills. Must be able to speak and write effectively
Ability to define, develop & document business processes and procedures
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Projects, VISIO or any other Project tools
