Description

This role is responsible for managing an assigned grant and all its activities to include implementing strategies, enlisting resources and partners, and working closely with the Director, Programs to evaluate and report on measurable outcomes for a specific grant.

This role will assist in providing data for grant writing including researching, preparation, submission, and file maintenance while ensuring program compliance requirements are met including timely filing of program reports.

This role will manage client relationships and engagements.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
8 years of experience in managing programs, budgets, and resources

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and activities
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to build and nurture relationships
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

Physical Demands

Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

Oversee, plan, and manage assigned program activities from start to completion meeting deadlines, milestones, and other requirements
Develop and implement strategies including developing a robust risk mitigation plan
Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap
Manage program budget and report on fund allocation
Participate in grant application process including design, submission, and review
Develop, facilitate and/or coordinate program sessions, events and/or workshops
Partner with participants to gather feedback and present insights identifying opportunities for continual improvement
Develop and report on program performance
Develop and nurture industry, organizations, and community partnerships
Ensure relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld
Visit businesses on-side and build relationships to support their scalability and growth
