    Description

    TITLE: Program Manager

    LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

    ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12+ Months, potential to convert

    Program Manager Responsibilities:

    • Leader managing the day-to-day delivery/execution of the program and project management.
    • Lead the development and implementation of the program management framework, methods, process, and tools.
    • Influence culture change efforts to integrate program and project management into the organization.
    • Develop talent development strategy, training, career paths, and certifications/qualifications.
    • Respond to customer needs for program and project management services.
    • Deliver feasibility and scoping initiatives for IT and business teams.
    • Lead program/project planning initiatives for best-in-class IT delivery.
    • Maintain operational understanding and collaborate with core Program Delivery Organization functions.
    • Hold team members accountable and ensure proactive measures are being taken.
    • Work on risk mitigation plans and identify areas of improvement.
    • Create reporting materials related to program and project management.
    • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting activities.
    • Reports to the General Manager and engages with managers within the learning and design teams.

    Program Manager Requirements:

    • 5 – 8 years of experience leading and delivering complex programs within a PMO.
    • Ability to design program and project management methodology across multiple delivery models.
    • Proven track record of implementing positive change.
    • Experience leading large teams.
    • Effective communicator and decision maker.

    Education/Certifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
    • PMP certification is a plus.

    Program Manager Preferred Experience:

    PMP, CSM, ACP, or other Project Management certifications.

    The hourly pay rate range for this position is $64.00 to $64.29. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k, and commuter benefits.
