- Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and development
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of programs, including budget management, grant reporting, and compliance
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners to ensure program effectiveness and impact
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and program participants
- Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in the field of conservation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in program management or a related field
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
