    Description

    Title: Program Manager

    Location: Remote

    Time Zone: EST

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement training programs for human assistance teams on technology partner integrations.
    • Utilize data-driven proof points to enhance training methodologies.
    • Collaborate with various teams to gather integration insights and stay updated on technology partner trends.
    • Oversee the creation of resource materials like user manuals and walkthroughs to support learning.
    • Offer direct support and training to team members to enhance their knowledge of integrations and products.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators to ensure training program effectiveness.
    • Lead the management of integration product knowledge and provide guidance and support.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management, Product Marketing, Product Education, or Sales Enablement, preferably in the tech industry.
    • Demonstrated track record in developing scalable training programs within the technology sector.
    • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions.
    • Customer-centric approach and a drive for delivering exceptional user experiences.
