    Position Title: Admin & Social Media Intern

    About Us:

    Lainie Kates LLC is a vibrant and growing platform dedicated to food blogging, recipe development, and social media storytelling. As founder and CEO, Lainie strives to inspire her audience with delicious healthy recipes, engaging content on multiple platforms. As an influencer in the food industry, Lainie is committed to fostering creativity and sharing her passion for nutrition with the world.

    Position Overview:

    Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Admin & Social Media Intern to join the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food and storytelling.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support in managing administrative tasks, such as organizing content calendars, tracking analytics, and assisting in content creation related to social media and marketing efforts.
    • Help monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages across our social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional engagement with our audience.
    • Conduct research on food trends, industry news, and competitor strategies to provide insights and recommendations for content and marketing strategies.
    • Assist in the managing partnerships, including communication, and tracking collaborations/ deadlines.
    • Provide general support as needed, including running errands, organizing ingredients, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Culinary Arts, etc.).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Wordpress, Creative Suite).
    • Passion for food, cooking, and healthy culinary trends, with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
