    What we are looking for:SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

    We are hiring a Social Media Intern that is interested in all things social and Influencer Marketing. The right candidate works under the supervision of social media managers to create social media calendars, keep social media accounts updated, and analyze analytics of posts. The goal is to increase brand awareness through the usage of social media platforms.

    What you'll be doing:
    • Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies monthly.
    • Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social med platforms.
    • Monitor postings to ensure brand message is constant from the terminology used to images posted.
    • Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the businesses campaigns.
    • Interact with followers and potential customers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.
    • Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
    • Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial which included monthly sales/messaging objectives and initiatives.
    • Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote messaging, sales, blogs, and products.
    • Knowledge of analytical tools and capable of assisting with recaps.
    Job Requirements:
    • Deep passion for social media focused on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook; experience working with social media profiles and influencers a big plus but not required.
    • Working towards a bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
    • Available 25-28 hours per week.
    • Ability to take direction as well as work independently.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and produce work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible and a positive can-do attitude
    • Previous social media management experience a plus
    • Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Sprout Social and Airtable.
    • Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
    • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
    • Entry level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience.
    About You:
    • Not afraid to jump in with two feet and try new things.
    • Familiarity with Gen Z audience
    • Open to listening to all types of people's points of view and ways of thinking.
    • Comfortable dealing with and helping with the emotions of others.
    • Have previous social, influencer and/or graphic design experience in the workforce.
    • Thinks outside the box - is extremely creative.
    • Have an interest in the way these campaigns and social media can positively impact lives.
    • You're super passionate about the multicultural space.
