- Design and deliver engaging onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and their role.
- Introduce new hires to company culture, values, and policies.
- Facilitate introductions to colleagues and teams.
- Provide ongoing support and answer questions throughout the onboarding process.
- Utilize recruitment internal and external platforms to onboard talent for all facets of the businesses.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Develop and deliver training programs aligned with company needs and employee development goals.
- Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Advise managers on employee relations matters and best practices.
- While our benefits program is outsourced, you will be responsible for communicating benefits information to employees and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Assist with enrollment and claims processes as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
- Proactively identify and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Partner with other departments across the organization to achieve common goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist or HR manager role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PRH Certification preferred.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred.
