Le Défi qui vous Attend :Responsable RH Chez Fleury Michon
En tant que véritable Business Partner RH, vous serez le conseiller stratégique, l'architecte des talents et le moteur du développement des compétences pour un périmètre de 300 collaborateurs. Rattaché à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines Développement et Fonctions Supports, votre mission sera d'impulser la stratégie RH tout en étant le bras droit des opérationnels.
Vos Missions Clés dans un Environnement Dynamique

:
Recrutement/Formation :
De l'écriture du cahier des charges aux entretiens physiques, vous serez aux commandes des recrutements.
Élaborez et pilotez le plan de formation, encourageant le développement continu de nos équipes.
Contribuez activement à la mobilité interne, favorisant la diversification des talents au sein de l'entreprise.
Juridique Et Accompagnement Des Équipes
Soyez le garant de la conformité juridique des process RH, assurant la sécurité et la tranquillité d'esprit pour tous.
Servez d'intermédiaire privilégié, conseillant et accompagnant les opérationnels dans leurs démarches RH.
Soyez force de proposition sur les process et actions RH, contribuant ainsi à notre excellence opérationnelle.
Administration Et Gestion RH
Rédigez les contrats de travail et assurez une intégration fluide des nouveaux talents.
Mettez en place un pilotage des actions RH, assurant une gestion proactive et efficiente.
Assurez le suivi administratif du personnel avec rigueur, de la gestion des visites médicales aux procédures disciplinaires en passant par les déclarations effectifs, organigrammes etc...
Saisissez certains éléments variables de paie.
Gérez les contrats d'apprentissage et des conventions de stage.
