Maintenance Technician:
Perform routine facility maintenance (interior touch ups, painting, and completion of daily work orders as neededMinor electrical work (changing light bulbs/ballasts/running new outlets)

Light carpentryMinor plumbingHVAC equipment maintenance (changing fan belts/motors/air filters)Seasonal grounds maintenance (shoveling/sanding)Qualifications for the

Maintenance Technician:
