Maintenance Technician - Blackstone, United States - Hendrix-ISA, LLC

Description

Requirements:

• Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
• General knowledge and experience of Maintenance work

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Building/Mechanical repairs & maintenance consistent with OSHA standards
• Perform general & preventative maintenance of electrical systems
• Repair small machinery, and assist with minor repairs of equipment
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule needed repairs
• Assist in setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems
• Liaison with third party service providers as required

Your profile:

• Relative work experience a PLUS
• Must have reliable transportation
• Detail oriented
• Ability to troubleshoot problems in critical situation

Note:
Fluency in English is required for effective communication with team members and understanding technical instructions. Bilingual a plus.


Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

No less than 40 per week
