Description
Apartment Community seeking a full time Maintenance TechnicianResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to and make all necessary repairs for existing tenants
- Assist in the preparation of make readies
- General maintenance of common areas and mechanical rooms
- Perform preventative maintenance around the property
- Perform, maintain and track work orders
- Carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, boilers, drain cleaning, appliance installation, and snow removal
Qualifications:
- General knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, tile and flooring work
- Must have own tools
- No criminal record
- Physical requirements: heavy lifting, walking stairs, moving appliances, etc.
- Must be willing to work on call
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
