You will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of submissions to the SEC.
In addition, you'll work collaboratively with several attorneys and other paralegals, who support multiple business units on a broad range of other important legal and compliance issues.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and assignments and must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Salary Range
$79, $130,365.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position.
The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
