- A high school education or GED
- Customer service experience and/or cash handling experience.
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names accurately.
- High level of customer service skills both in person and on the phone.
- Understands and complies with Credit Union's BSA/AML program as applicable to job.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
