- Compare standard vs. actual production values
- Log and evaluate data results
- Update existing SSPs (work instructions)
- Additional projects in lean manufacturing as required
- Upon completion of Internship, document the initial and final conditions by preparing a PowerPoint presentation for each project, documenting each improvement
- Currently working towards degree in Industrial Engineering or other technical disciplines such as science, technology etc.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required, higher preferred (on 4.0 scale)
- Must be in junior or senior year of degree program, Senior preferred.
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office programs is required.
- Any additional essential skills and/or knowledge as shown in the HRIS Career & Education > Skills section for incumbents holding this job title.

Purpose and Scope of Job:
Primarily responsible for assisting with various projects in productivity/standardization improvements and updating documentation; which will help improve consistency and efficiency.
