- Manage building exterior restoration projects including Facade Restorations, Roofing/Waterproofing Projects, Historic/Landmark Preservation, Window/Door Restoration Projects, and Building Surveys.
- Provide overall project management, including on-site inspections, scope/specifications development, bidding evaluation, construction monitoring, and report development.
- Attend site visits and client project meetings.
- Provide technical direction to Jr. Project Managers and AutoCAD Technicians.
- Support the firm's objectives of meeting client needs in a timely manner and delivering quality consulting services.
- Lead by example, fostering creativity, and promoting collaboration within and across teams
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in building envelope restoration projects required.
- Experience in all phases of work preferred, including inspections, design development, and construction monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Strong communication skills with clients, self-directed, diligent, and timely in completing tasks
