We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to provide essential support to our project management team, focusing primarily on HVAC projects.

This role is crucial for the efficient execution and success of our projects, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers with the overall management of HVAC projects, ensuring tasks align with project goals.
• Participate in field visits to assess project progress and coordinate onsite activities effectively.
• Facilitate communication between project clients, and team members to ensure clear and consistent project updates and information flow.

Skills:

• Proven jobsite experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and supporting project management activities efficiently.
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, to manage project documentation and communications effectively.

Additional Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in everyday English communication.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive.
• Availability to work on Saturdays.
