    ​Caritas Management Corporation (CMC) was created in 1982 as an independent, for-profit subsidiary of non-profit Mission Housing Development Corporation (MHDC) to provide professional property management and other services to MHDC's developments as well as to other non-profit clients. We are currently seeking individuals who are committed to service, passionate about people and community to join our great team of professionals

    Willing to train the right candidate for this position.

    DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Under the direction of the Occupancy Team, you may lease units and will provide customer assistance to the clients of CMC and the property. The person must relate well to people and exercise good judgment and discretion in dealing with residents, vendors, and co-workers. Knowledge of HUD, and Tax Credits preferred but willing to train an individual that is good with numbers and detail oriented. Attention to detail and logic and provide excellent customer service. Ability to identify and solve problems a must.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1 year of experience in affordable housing management or related fields preferred.
    • 2 years of managing people and projects.
    • 1 year with HUD, Tax Credit or other low-income housing programs experience preferred.
    • Ability to make legible written reports.
    • Ability to work well with diverse populations.
