    Valley Mountain Staffing is seeking a motivated Quality Inspector (Machine Shop) to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring parts meet exact specifications, upholding our high quality standards.

    Responsibilities:
    • Inspect machined parts for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and conformance to engineering drawings and blueprints.
    • Utilize precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
    • Perform visual inspections to identify defects and non-conformances.
    • Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality control records.
    • Work collaboratively with machinists to identify and resolve quality issues.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the machine shop.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a machine shop or related manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in using various precision measuring instruments.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
    • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
