Fluidra's looking for a
Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.


WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE


As a Quality Control Inspector, you will ensure quality standards are met in a variety of ways, such as inspecting incoming materials, evaluating quality of products during and after production, and ensuring shipments are packaged and shipped accurately.


  • Perform regular quality assessments on incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and/or outgoing products.
  • Measure dimensions, inspect welds, and compare final product to drawings.
  • Record inspection results and maintain required quality control documentation.
  • Recommend improvements to ensure quality control.
  • Ensure standard work procedures are followed and make recommendations for updates.
  • Assist with creating, implementing, and maintaining standard work and quality specifications documentation.
  • Work crossfunctionally to assist other teams when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

WHAT WE SEEK

  • High attention to detail
  • Basic math skills and ability to read measuring tools
  • Computer skills (standard office suite)
  • Working knowledge of QC methods
  • Good interactive skills in facilitating team solutions

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma
