Fluidra's looking for a
Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will ensure quality standards are met in a variety of ways, such as inspecting incoming materials, evaluating quality of products during and after production, and ensuring shipments are packaged and shipped accurately.

Perform regular quality assessments on incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and/or outgoing products.
Measure dimensions, inspect welds, and compare final product to drawings.
Record inspection results and maintain required quality control documentation.
Recommend improvements to ensure quality control.
Ensure standard work procedures are followed and make recommendations for updates.
Assist with creating, implementing, and maintaining standard work and quality specifications documentation.
Work crossfunctionally to assist other teams when needed.
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

WHAT WE SEEK

High attention to detail
Basic math skills and ability to read measuring tools
Computer skills (standard office suite)
Working knowledge of QC methods
Good interactive skills in facilitating team solutions
