    Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

    Location: Phoenix

    Salary: $ $24.00 per hour

    Hours: 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday

    Position Overview: As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and accuracy of our products through meticulous inspection and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with reading calipers, micrometers, and schematics, as well as a keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining the highest levels of quality assurance.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough inspections of bolts and fasteners at various stages of the manufacturing process to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
    • Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to accurately measure dimensions and tolerances of products.
    • Interpret engineering schematics and blueprints to ensure that products meet design requirements and customer expectations.
    • Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control data, including non-conformities and corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective measures as needed.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and optimize manufacturing efficiency.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the production of bolts or fasteners.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
    • Demonstrated experience with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Knowledge of quality management systems and principles, such as ISO 9001, is a plus.
