Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.Duties * You will serve within the Navy and Marine Corps Spectrum Office (NMCSO) for the procurement, assignment, and protection of radio frequency incidents to the satisfaction of telecommunications requirements.
* You will conduct analysis/studies of radio frequency assignments with a view toward adjustment, sharing, or reassignment to ensure spectrum efficiency for authorized Navy use.
* You will assist as directed in making decisions and revisions in negotiations concerning command policies and positions in order to reach the best solution for the command.
* You will perform duties using required excellent writing capabilities, a well developed vocabulary, and the ability to prepare and analyze technical material on short notice for presentation in a logical, systematic, and positive manner.

Communications/electronics or automatic data processing training in technical institutes or business schools above the high school level or in Armed Forces schools that included advanced instruction in addition to basic courses, may be substituted for general experience on a month-for-month basis.
OR EXPERIENCE General Experience (for GS-5 positions): Experience that provided a basic knowledge of telecommunications functions, problems, and/or solutions.Specialized Experience (for positions above GS-5): Experience in evaluating, analyzing, developing, managing, or improving communications systems, procedures, and requirements that demonstrated knowledge of current developments and trends in communications concepts and technology.
