    The Opportunity:
    As a trainer, you're passionate about developing differentiated instruction and delivering it in exciting ways. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in helping people grasp new information.

    Bring your passion for developing and delivering a diverse group of training programs to our team supporting a DoD client.

    As a trainer on our team, you'll assist a DoD client with a dispersed workforce, operating in a non-standard, OCONUS location in a bilateral setting on a rotational basis, to develop and deliver a variety of in-person, remote, virtual, hybrid, or asynchronous joint training programs for U.S.

    and foreign partners through live audience or recorded instruction.

    You will develop products to codify these training programs into formal Programs of Instruction (POIs) based on specific joint functions, specific priority units, or for specific echelons.

    You will coordinate with the team Knowledge Manager to capture POIs for follow-on trainers.

    You will establish methodologies to implement training or advisory programs within existing and appropriate fiscal and operational authorities, and coordinate with the team assessments or data manager to assess the effectiveness of the POI.

    On occasion, you will provide stand-up classroom instruction.

    We need you to apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge, to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

    You Have:

    • Experience developing, managing, and delivering training using processes such as Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Design Thinking, ADDIE model, or Merrill's Principles of Instruction, to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learners' needs
    • Knowledge of Title 22 vs Title 10 U.S. Code concerning training laws, programs, and limitations
    • Knowledge of the six warfighting functions in U.S. doctrine and how they integrate into the staff through the orders process
    • Ability to use training materials, resources, media, technology, delivery, and inclusion of audience to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement
    • Ability to develop technical training presentations and brief large audiences
    • Ability to identify training gaps in an organization, define root problems, and develop appropriate and practical solutions
    • Ability to be flexible, take initiative, and innovate to succeed in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment, composing client deliverable quality documentation, analysis, and reports
    • Secret clearance
    • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with planning and execution of operations, exercises, or military training activities, or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with planning and execution of operations, exercises, or military training activities Nice If

    You Have:

    • Experience with consulting for the federal government, the Intelligence Community (IC), the DoD, or FEDSIM programs
    • Experience researching and writing background papers, talking points, and written statements
    • Knowledge of information security (INFOSEC) and risk analysis, management, and mitigation
    • Ability to stay on task for one iteration of the entire annual training cycle
    • Ability to pay strict attention to detail
    • Ability to provide executive-level briefings

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154, annualized USD).

    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
