- During your first two months on the job, you will gain familiarity with the existing processes, policies and people. You are expected to understand the large-scale goals of the Security Business Operations team, particularly the Enterprise Resiliency function. You will also review and get an understanding of all Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)
- At the sixth-month mark, it is expected that you will have deployed a strategy and solution for the regular publishing of status, the process for rapid escalation, and the knowledge of how to best measure program success. You will have built strong partnerships in and out of the Security team. You will have had the opportunity to prioritize all BCPs according to business Risk, and created a process for their constant upkeep.
- You will have to collaboratively work with leadership across the Enterprise, including Senior Management.
- You will have to be able to organize diverse teams, distill the root problem, orchestrate the creation of a plan of action, coordinate keeping the team and leadership informed, drive the team to success, and ensure the Enterprise grows from the experience by implementing improvements where applicable
- You will orchestrate the creation, schedule of review, and practice of Business Continuity plans for the most critical functions and processes of the Enterprise
- Provide strong leadership and expertise in the strategic direction of the Business Continuity and Enterprise Resiliency program, including the development of processes and deployment of tools to fully enable long-term success.
- Ensure there are solid Business Continuity Plans (BCP) in place for various groups across the Enterprise. This will involve the regular review, updating, and practicing of all plans.
- Establish a solid crisis management framework and process to efficiently and effectively manage any crisis.
- Help identify areas of opportunity wherein the Security or Resiliency capabilities of the Enterprise can be improved in a cost-effective manner, and drive their implementation.
- Remain educated and aware of developing threats to the Enterprise that affect the impact or probability of any scenario negatively and orchestrate the updating of all plans accordingly
- Serve as a central point of contact for all teams regarding Business Continuity and Enterprise Resiliency, including Crisis Management.
- Develop and present reports regarding the progress and success of projects to Senior Leadership, particularly including projects initiated in response to incidents or emergencies.
- Drive large-scale, complex programs that will require orchestrating incredibly diverse teams across the Enterprise, where any individual project may have profound impact on the overall Security posture.

What is the primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
As part of our mission to enhance the overall Security posture of Broadcom EUC, we are in search of an experienced Program Manager with a minimum of 10 years of Project Management expertise. Your extensive Enterprise knowledge and experience, combined with your background in leading large, complex projects and programs is of great value. You will have the opportunity to utilize your team-building and organizational skills in driving some of the most Security-impacting projects and programs for the entire company. This expertise will enable you to lead large, diverse teams in executing to plan, either quickly responding to major crises or helping drive complex programs that advance Broadcom EUC's overall Security posture.
As a key member of the Security Business Operations team, you'll assume the role of program leadership, orchestrating the build out and ongoing operation of the Enterprise Resiliency program focused on improving the company's resiliency against major business disrupting events, as well as driving other large-scale programs. Enterprise Resiliency will include the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Crisis Management (CMT) programs. Your ownership will extend to the creation of live-view dashboards and the publishing of updates to Sr Leadership. Also, you'll help ensure teams have developed intelligent, achievable, and understood Business Continuity Plans that are regularly reviewed and practiced so they can be of incredible value in the event of a business impacting event or crisis. You will also help establish a solid Crisis Management framework to help the company effectively manage any crisis. By leveraging your expertise, you'll not only shape the future of virtual computing but also contribute significantly to the security and evolution of AI-powered solutions in the realm of hybrid workspaces. Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
This role will be reporting to Senior Manager of Security Business Operations. The team consists of highly experienced Project and Program Managers who work closely as a team. Our team's focus is on constantly remaining ahead of would-be chaos by providing a strong framework of project management, ensuring all of our Stakeholders are continually aware of status and what work must be performed next. The team is transparent in communication and helps each other for the success of the overall team. We understand the criticality of ensuring the Security of the Enterprise and have the skills and experience to achieve large-scale impact. We put extra emphasis on providing a great work-life balance and having fun at work.
Where is this role located?
This is a remote position, though may require short-term travel to our Headquarters in California, USA.

For US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $104,000 - $248,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position. EUC, a division of Broadcom, offers comprehensive benefits including, but not limited to: medical, dental, and vision plans, company paid holidays, paid sick leave, and vacation time.
