    Soliant Health is working with a Long-Term Care closed door Pharmacy who is seeking a Pharmacy Benefits Administrator to join their team in Somerset, NJ.

    We are seeking a qualified candidate who has a Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field, as well as three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience.

    Those who obtain a SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS professional designations preferred are highly considered.

    Duties:

    • Research employee benefits plans and vendors to identify optimal options.
    • Design, recommend, and implement new benefits programs.
    • Negotiate with vendors and administrators for the best plans, options, and rates.
    • Act as the primary contact for plan vendors and thirdparty administrators.
    • Coordinate data transfer for services, premiums, and plan administration.
    • Evaluate and revise internal processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
    • Three to five years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience.
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and CEBS professional designations preferred.
