HR/Benefits Assistant
Perm/Direct Hire Role
Must Haves:
1+ years of benefits experience ideally including leave of absence administration experience
Comfortable with a high volume of data entry
Excellent attention to detail
Experience using an HRIS
Role will be a mix of HR support with the bulk focused on benefits administration. This includes supporting benefits, LOA, open enrollment, reviewing new hire information, updating HR records, onboarding, unemployment claims, HR data entry, employment verifications, responding to HR inquiries, and general HR support
