    Empower Our Team as Our Senior Benefits Administrator

    Are you passionate about optimizing employee benefits programs and fostering a positive work environment? We're seeking a dedicated Senior Benefits Administrator to oversee the administration of our comprehensive benefits offerings.

    In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and provide exceptional support to our employees. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and ready to make a difference,

    What You'll Do:
    Lead benefits administration, ensuring competitive offerings that support employee well-being.
    Oversee the return-to-work process for employees returning from extended FMLA, worker's compensation, or other leaves.
    Provide guidance to the HR team on benefits administration best practices.
    Facilitate other leave requests, which may include parental leaves and accommodation requests under the ADA.
    Take ownership of benefits-related projects, propose plan design changes, and contribute to strategic direction.

    Work with JMC's third-party leave administrator on the full life cycle of the leave request including employees' initial notice of the need for leave and return to work.

    Maintain effective communication with employees on leave to facilitate a smooth and timely return to work; advise managers and employees on the interaction of leave laws with paid time off, and disability benefits.

    Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring compliance and contributing to employee education.

    What We're Looking For:
    Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    5-7 years of progressive benefits administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on helping others.
    Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software preferred.

    Monday through Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm
    Hybrid Policy, 1 Day Remote Per Week
