Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Tivitri Inc. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs and requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective IT solutions. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role will primarily be located in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in account management or customer success
Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
