    Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding step in your career as a Strategic Account Manager?

    Shyft is seeking world class account managers to lead and direct product launches for emerging and established, product focused brands.

    From apparel to food service. Manufactured here and abroad. Distributed world-wide. We at Shyft help bring products to market all over the world.

    We provide turnkey product services, encompassing supply chain analysis, to product development, manufacturing, and logistics. Our goal is to streamline and optimize the supply chain process for our clients.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts.

    They will develop and execute strategic plans to expand business opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth.

    The Strategic Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

    We strive to remain current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for our clients.

    Alongside the points covered above, there is a great emphasis on tracking and reporting on key account metrics, such as revenue growth, customer retention, and client satisfaction, to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proven experience in account management
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of supply chain management principles
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • PMP certified
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
