    Job Title: Sales Associate at Tidal Management

    Sales Associate Responsibilities:

    • Deliver excellent customer service and support during in-store interactions
    • Maintain compliance with retail and client standards
    • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs effectively
    • Participate in marketing and sales training sessions conducted by clients and our team
    • Promote new products and offerings to drive sales

    Sales Associate Requirements:

    • Driven and goal-oriented mindset
    • Proactive approach with problem-solving skills
    • Preference for a background in customer service
    • Full-time availability with flexibility
    • Capability to work both independently and in teams
