Brandon Arriaga

Customer Service Representative and Copywriter willing to always learn new things. Currently in College aiming towards a Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering.

I have previously worked in Customer Service/Sales Associate, Copywriting and Receptionist roles. I have learnt how to interact with customers and how to sell from a brand's perspective - both through oral and written forms of communication. Through my previous roles, I have learnt to use Social Media, Emails, and in-person communication to find ways in how to interact effectively to customers within each method and sell the brand's product. 

San Jose State University (Graduation date in 2026) where I am currently enrolled in the engineering program where I am working towards a software engineering degree - On the side I am also learning journalism and communications skills through clubs and extra classes that give credit.
