    Job Summary
    We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their designing needs and ensure an excellent experience designing their home kitchen and bath remodeling. Responsibilities may include processing orders, organizing displays, assisting customer with sample, and maintaining the stores appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in interior designing, customer service and knowledge of Quickbooks operation.

    $25-$30 per hour plus commission

    Responsibilities
    • Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are working with you on their remodeling projects.
    • Work on Quickbooks to ring up and carry out customer sales.
    • Collect payments by cash and credit card and check.
    • Issue receipts and refunds to customers.
    • Take added responsibility for store maintenance.
    • Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
    • Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
    • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
    • Willingness to work well in a team environment
    • Ability to quickly and accurately work Quickbooks
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
    • Previous experience with hard surfaces (tile, slabs, stone, quartz) preferred.
