- Utilize Yardi for timely financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in revenue, expenses, and general ledger reconciliation. Maintain precise cash balances.
- Manage accounts receivables and accounts payables.
- Responsible for lease contracts, and conduct CAM lease expense reconciliations.
- Collaborate with Property Management, resolve account discrepancies, and provide outstanding customer service.
- B&O, Sales and Use Tax
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with concentration in Accounting and at least 4 years of progressive experience in a similar commercial property accounting position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with concentration in Accounting preferred.
- Real Estate industry required.
