- Ensure monthly mortgage payments, journal entries, and deposits are made.
- Reconcile monthly bank accounts and prepare monthly financials.
- Report, analyze, and interpret financial and operating data for management.
- Assist with performing year-end audits and document requests for the auditors.
- Review financial data for accuracy. Identify problems and support day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain communication with assigned communities to answer questions and effectively resolve issues.
- Attend training classes as scheduled and assigned.
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Minimum 2 years of property accounting experience.
- Experience using Yardi Voyager is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
