    REAL TIME CONSULTING (An RTCo Company)-POSITION DESCRIPTION
    JOB TITLE: Systems Engineer - Military Avionics

    REMOTE WORK OPTIONS AVAILABLE

    ABOUT THE JOB:
    As a systems engineer on this team, you will perform technical activities in the design and development of stores management and weapons systems management.

    REQUIRED SKILLS:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
    • At least 5 years' experience in systems engineering development with a strong understanding of the system design process.
    • Experience generating and allocating system functional requirements.
    • Understanding of systems and software allocation at the LRU-level.
    • Experience validating and verifying system requirements; including initial integration of software and hardware.
    • Understanding of military avionics.
    • Familiarity with MIL-STD-1553 data bus.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and takes initiative to get things done.
    • Good positive interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with remote team members.
    PREFERRED SKILLS:
    • Familiar with stores management.
    • Familiar with weapons management systems.
    • Familiar with MIL-STD-1760.
    • Familiar with Cameo Systems Modeler.
