- Provide timely in-person and virtual services to leaders, supporting leadership development strategies for building and maintaining a high-performance organization.
- Utilize various tools and surveys to measure outcomes, update dashboards, analyze behavior, and work with the Culture & Talent Development team and HR to enhance the coaching experience continuously.
- Assist leaders in maximizing the impact of their development efforts, ensuring successful implementation within their teams.
- Work with leaders to achieve learning objectives and outcomes tailored to their individual needs.
- Foster teamwork, navigate interpersonal challenges, and create a safe space for leaders to collaborate effectively.
- Engage in embedding the Standards of Behavior in Nemours culture alongside the Director, Culture and Coaching.
- Support change management, organization effectiveness, and performance management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams to drive cultural and change initiatives aligned with Nemours' objectives.
- Take a continuous improvement approach to enhance job efficiency and streamline processes.
- Travel to enterprise locations as required, approximately 15-20% of the time, based on organizational needs.
- Master's Degree required
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience required
- Preferred: International Coach Federation Coaching Credential or similar

The Culture and Talent Coach will collaborate with the Director, Culture and Coaching to provide top-notch coaching sessions related to Nemours' Culture and Talent Development programs and leadership coaching. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in facilitating adult learning to deliver a high-quality coaching program and providing a challenging yet supportive coaching experience to leaders at different levels. Alongside guiding leaders to achieve their leadership goals, the Culture and Talent Coach will exemplify exceptional coaching practices aligned with Nemours Core Competencies and Standards of Behavior.
Working closely with organizational leaders, the Culture and Talent Coach will play a key role in helping them excel in their careers and effectively lead service lines for the benefit of their teams and the communities they serve.
