- Guide personnel activities, fostering team cohesion towards the attainment of Branch and Credit Union objectives.
- Oversee branch staff - from hiring, training, and motivating to evaluating and retaining, ensuring effective branch performance.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all Credit Union products and services.
- Lead the team in risk control processes and inspections, ensuring the safety of our members, employees, and the credit union.
- Represent the Credit Union in community activities, promoting collaboration across all branches and departments.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a management role within a financial organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in business management may be considered.
- Demonstrated leadership skills - from coaching and teaching to holding staff accountable.
- Strong interpersonal skills, representing the Credit Union in a friendly, professional manner.
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, coupled with the ability to make decisive actions and accept responsibility for results.
