    Description


    RadiFi Credit Union in sunny Jacksonville Florida has partnered with Angott Search Group to find its next New Market Member Success Manager.

    Responsible for directing and administering the sales, service and operational efforts of a new retail branch ensuring the branch meets organizational growth, sales and service goals.

    Responsible for generating new revenue opportunities in and around the existing branch market with an emphasis on outbound sales development, community involvement, business networking including extensive after-hours networking with local business organizations.

    Ensures established policies and procedures are followed.

    Oversees the full range of services to members and prospective members with an emphasis on new member growth and relationship building.

    Through targeted sales goals, works to deepen existing relationships with members and new members.

    Promotes service delivery excellence and actively coaches associates to deliver "awesome" service particularly with prospects new to the Credit Union.

    Responsible for successful implementation of promotional campaigns, new market strategic items, and product & service initiatives at the branch level.

    Actively participates in community and business development initiatives, and monitors branch performance.

    Minimum of five years of related experience. Proven leadership experience with a sales and service focus with financial services industry experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED is required with a college degree preferred. Must obtain and maintain NMLS certification and applicable insurance licenses.
