    Nous sommes à la recherche pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, un Integration Service Manager.

    Activités principales:

    • Prendre en compte les nouvelles applications, s'assurer que leur niveau d'exploitabilité est adéquat au long de leur vie, organiser leur démantèlement.
    • Etre responsable de son périmètre et de la qualité des données du Knowledge Application Tools/Product Application Components utilisé par les processus et leurs outils.
    • Animer des Comités de Production, être garant des niveaux de service contractés et de la mise à jour des CE en cas d'évolution nécessaire (indicateurs, contraintes fonctionnelles).
    • Apporter le support au client, planifier des opérations, travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion des changements, effectuer le suivi et le bilan.
    • Etre responsable du plan d'actions de remise en service des applications suite à incident grave, et apporter le support aux applications pour l'ouverture et l'analyse des solutions.
    • Contribuer, conjointement avec les clients, à l'alimentation du capacity planning.
    • Assure le suivi métrologique de son périmètre (stockage, consommations).
    • Lorsque les processus ne répondent plus aux besoins du client, l'ISM peut soumettre les contraintes et travailler sur des solutions possibles avec les personnes concernées.
    • Animer le réseau de sachants de son écosystème applicatif, assurer qu'un sachant est identifié pour chaque technologie (réseau, middleware, stockage, etc.), de la validité/fraicheur des attributs (rôle, niveau connaissance, date fin de contrat, ...) et favoriser les échanges au sein de ce réseau autour d'un plan d'action d'amélioration continue

    Profil Recherché:

    • De formation BAC+5 en Informatique
    • Une expérience significative d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine de la production informatique avec une bonne connaissance des processus de la production (Organisation, Supervision, gestion des incidents, changements, problèmes, ...)

    Compétences:

    • Bonne connaissance des processus de la production ; Supervision, incidents, change, requetes, évènements, procédures, documentation, ...
    • Bonne connaissances des processus et organisation DSI dans un environnement multi site, multi client, ...
    • Bonne connaissances techniques : Systèmes (Unix, Linux,WIndows ),bases de données (Administration,Oracle,sqlserver, informix), ...
    • Bonne connaissances des applis bancaires
    • Bonne connaissances des outils de production : supervision, sauvegarde, des outils socle
    • Connaissances des réseaux, de la sécurité informatique, de la maintenance du socle informatique, de la gestion des environnements
    • Connaissance des métiers bancaires.
