    The Sr.

    Manager of Marketing, PR & Communications will support development and implementation of strategic corporate marketing programs, including public relations, analyst relations, and internal communications that enhance the company's reputation with internal and external stakeholders and help drive business objectives.

    This role requires an experienced marketer and storyteller who can craft compelling communications and deliver impactful initiatives – with a holistic perspective.

    The director will own critical projects from design to implementation to results.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities in the trades and industry associations/memberships
    Support and execute an internal communication strategy that educates and energizes employees on the Company's strategic business objectives and priorities, mission/vision, and reputation of the agency (examples: internal bi-monthly executive emails, all hands meetings, senior leads meetings)
    Responsible for producing valuable content for the company's online presence, including editorial design and organizing a schedule for content contribution; help facilitate press outreach and engagement on key topics
    Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors' marketing movements
    Track and measure engagement from internal and external communications
    Help develop and implement customer communications strategy, in partnership with Client Partner leads and Growth, and merchandise successes to our people and the industry
    Support on press release creation and deployment (on the wire and with strategic pitching)
    Support on executive communications and presentations, both internal and external
    Interface with, and provide support for, various groups across the organization including Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Sales
    Work with external agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across the company
    Support on the development and implementation of crisis communications plans

    Required Skills/Abilities:
    Exceptional verbal, written, and editing skills with unrelenting attention to detail – must love to write
    Strong planning, project management, and collaboration skills
    Executive-level presence
    Skilled at influencing leaders and executives across an organization
    Positive, driven, and energetic team player; able to roll-up their sleeves to get the job done
    Strategic thinker and strong implementer with an all-in mentality
    Proven ability to clearly and succinctly develop communications that will resonate with all stakeholders; leaders, employees, influencers
    Business acumen a plus
    Proven ability to drive change in a transforming organization to achieve business results

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree, plus 5+ years of business communications, public relations, internal communications or integrated marketing communications experience.
    Prior corporate, public relations or business communications agency experience highly preferred.
