Job Description:

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the creation of high-quality embroidered products. This dynamic role requires individuals with a keen attention to detail, experience in manufacturing or production, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor embroidery machines to produce intricate designs on various materials.
Ensure the quality and precision of each embroidered product, conducting regular inspections.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly output targets.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
Follow established guidelines for design placement, thread colors, and machine settings.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and prioritize orders.

Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics industries.
Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift.
Exceptional attention to detail to guarantee the accuracy of embroidered designs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
