- Provide service in an efficient, courteous, professional manner
- Receive and ship customer equipment into and out of database (SAP and SalesForce) by creating and processing calibration and repair orders
- Request payment information from customers - check purchase orders thoroughly
- Reach out to customers via phone, email, and chat
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
- At least three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer Service Professional with an outstanding service-oriented attitude
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- A "can-do" attitude for meeting strict deadlines
- Strong Organizational and Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes

We are looking for a Service Coordinatorto join our Service Center at Vaisala Inc. located in Woburn Massachusetts. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of our industrial instruments service operations, where you can directly contribute to optimizing processes and enhancing customer relations.

You will be part of our team of Service Coordinators. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to assist our customers with receiving and processing their instruments in and out of our calibration laboratory. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with our service technicians, technical support and sales teams. You will report to the Service Coordinator Manager.
