    Vaisala Service Coordinator Opportunity

    We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Service Center at Vaisala Inc. in Woburn Massachusetts.

    In this pivotal role, you will play a vital part in our industrial instruments service operations, focusing on streamlining processes and improving customer relationships.

    What You'll Do:

    • Efficiently handle customer service requests
    • Manage the reception and shipment of equipment
    • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat

    What We're Looking For:

    • High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
    • Minimum three years of relevant experience
    • Strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
