    To Apply for this Job Click Here Our client, an assent management firm located in Boston, is seeking a Client Service Coordinator.

    This is a temporary opportunity and can compensate up to $30/hr. depending on experience.

    Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate considerationResponsibilities:
    Coordinate and execute external and internal meeting logistics, including: Calendar managementConference room logistics Meeting technology Meeting hospitality (including catering ordering, set-up, and clean-up)

    Provide reporting to key internal stakeholders on meetings and travel Assist with conference registration, including sponsorship, logos, and swag (as needed) Track materials sent externally via distribution lists - collect non-deliverables and make appropriate updates Process travel expense reports Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders, as needed:
    Preparing meeting agendas Creating PowerPoint slides Coordinating external events Running standard reportsQualifications:Two years of administrative experience, preferably for a Financial Services company Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated follow through Demonstrated client service mentality Problem solving skills, ability to identify inefficiencies and offer solutions Ability to prioritize and multi-task Proficiency with a CRM system Proficiency with Microso5 Excel, Word, and PowerPointA1373371AB_ To Apply for this Job Click Here
