Maintenance Technician

Location: Nashua, NH

Responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:

Schedule appointments and track work order progress using company software
Exterior maintenance knowledge is a must, i.e. Siding repairs, Roofing repairs, etc. Some construction experience and minor finish work is a plus
Maintain high level of customer service interacting with internal/external clients
Use of problem-solving techniques and analytical skills
Use of a brand new company vehicle (Transit Van) to address maintenance work orders at various locations throughout the day
Support team members, be a team player and be eager to learn
Track expenses used at job sites
Understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
On-call rotation required
Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Skills

Basic understanding of general maintenance and construction
Must have attention to detail skills and excellent written communication skills
Able to handle multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
Flexible and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at functioning independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
Valid Drivers License required
