We have an immediate opening for an enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team who will work on and service new high-end medical offices.

We currently have active sites in Londonderry, Derry, Bedford, Raymond, Windham, and Concord NH & don't cross over the border into MA.

You bring the ability to:

• Work on a variety of different tasks, be an Independent problem solver.
• Have a professional attitude & appearance. Learn new skills and grow within the company.
• Have 3 years previous experience as a maintenance technician.
• Easily use a PC to generate work orders and navigate a ticketing system.
• Be comfortable picking up/delivering/accepting materials, light carpentry, painting.
• Help ensure the cleanliness and safety of the site, protection of work & surrounding areas

You must:

• Have a neat appearance, mandatory positive attitude, & the desire to learn.
• Be organized and comfortable using an electronic work order and ticketing system.
• Be able to lift and carry material up to 50 lbs & be comfortable climbing work ladders.
• Have the ability to work Tuesday's until 8PM & every Third Saturday 730AM1130AM.
• Be on call Tuesday nights & every Third Weekend.
• Currently reside in New Hampshire.
• Valid Driver's license & insurable driving record.
• OSHA 10 and Lead Certification a plus.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
